Your Mission at CGM: As a leading provider of software solutions for healthcare, we operate in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated professionals. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, filled with exciting opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact.
CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who are inspired by the power of AI in eHealth, eager to shape transformation, and curious at heart—ready to see how technology can make healthcare smarter, easier, and better.
Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare. Become part of our mission and make a difference—for a world where knowledge saves lives!
Your contribution:
Set the strategic direction for CGM’s global Cloud & Hosting Services, defining how mission-critical healthcare platforms are deployed across on-premise, edge and cloud-native architectures at scale.
Assume full executive ownership of Hosting Operations and Managed Services, including end-to-end P&L responsibility, balancing reliability, regulatory compliance and sustainable margin .
Build and lead globally distributed expert organizations across Hosting Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Migration Factory and Compliance & Security Operations.
Translate infrastructure capabilities into productized services, establishing a clear hosting portfolio with defined SLAs, availability targets and security guardrails designed for enterprise healthcare customers.
Shape the commercial backbone of CGM’s SaaS and subscription transformation by defining pricing logic, supporting complex enterprise deals and enabling scalable go-to-market models.
Embed security and compliance as non-negotiable design principles, implementing Zero Trust architectures, regulatory frameworks (TI 2.0, GDPR, HIPAA) and operational excellence through automation and transparency.
What you bring with you:
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a cloud platform from the ground up, including full ownership of the SaaS transition.
A proven executive track record defining and operating cloud and hosting platforms for global SaaS businesses, ideally in healthcare or other highly regulated, mission-critical industries.
Deep architectural authority across cloud-native, hybrid and on-premise/edge environments, with the ability to make principled trade-offs between resilience, cost, scalability and regulatory constraints.
Demonstrated experience with full P&L accountability for infrastructure-driven services, including margin management, pricing strategies and long-term investment planning.
A strong reputation for operationalizing security and compliance, not as control functions but as embedded capabilities within platform and service design.
The credibility to act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Sales and Executive Leadership, shaping enterprise offers and influencing high-stakes decisions.
A leadership style that attracts senior talent, builds trust across cultures and functions, and sets clear standards for accountability and excellence.
What you can expect from us:
Professional Development & Growth: Benefit from tailored training programs and individual development opportunities that empower you to continuously expand your expertise and remain at the forefront of your field. We invest in your future as we shape innovative solutions in healthcare together.
