As Account Executive Benelux for PLM, MES, and IoT Solutions (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Head of International Sales, and work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions truly make a difference. We are looking for ambitious, performance-driven individuals who are eager to take ownership and shape success. This is your opportunity to manage customer relationships end-to-end, and grow both personally and professionally.

Your responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for the acquisition of new clients and generation of new business
  • Expansion of the customer base in the Benelux sales region and realization of assigned sales targets
  • Identification of prospects, pitching products and services, and closing of deals with new customers
  • Development of sales strategies for target accounts and delivery of presentations to potential clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new clients, contract negotiation, and client onboarding
  • Ongoing business development with current customers

Your Profile

  • Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, or economics with a focus on technical sales – or an equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales
  • Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions, ideally within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments, with a solid understanding of the market
  • General understanding of processes and applications related to the product development lifecycle
  • A sales- and market-oriented mindset with a confident, customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation, a structured work style, and the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • German language skills are a plus
