YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Develop trend-based search strategies: You observe and analyze how search habits are changing—e.g., through large language models like Gemini or ChatGPT—and develop strategies to ensure our practices remain visible in AI-driven searches.
• Search technology & AI integration: By using technologies such as semantic search, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and vector indexes, you keep our content visible where users search today and tomorrow – whether in traditional search engines or AI systems.
• Model Training & Optimization: You train AI models and adapt them to optimally meet user needs – from classic search engine optimization to optimizing content for AI response systems.
• Develop new channels: With your eye for content architecture, you ensure that our content is correctly interpreted and displayed by AI systems – and find innovative channels to reach target groups independently of Google & Co.
• Evaluation & Quality Assurance: You continuously test how rankings, visibility, and user satisfaction develop – both in Google & Co. and in generative search systems – and optimize our strategies accordingly.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Technical expertise: Profound experience in AI-powered search and search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), ideally with tools such as Elasticsearch, Pinecone, OpenSearch, vector databases, or RAG systems. Bonus: Understanding of AI-powered search channels (e.g., ChatGPT plugins, Google SGE, Gemini).
• Analytical flair: You understand how user habits and search trends are evolving and translate these insights into concrete strategies that ensure the visibility of our partner practices.
