Our Client
is a large European group with a global reputation for high quality standards, first-class service and reliability, operating in all areas of the construction industry. For the location in Cologne we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) Real Estate.
Your Tasks
- Support in the management and organization of a Group site property
- Processing invoices for property-specific issues and preparing service charge statements
- Preparation and planning of annual budgets and subsequent target/actual comparisons
- Planning and maintenance of space and furnishing concepts and corresponding communication with users
- Ordering office equipment according to Group specifications
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in real estate management and/or construction or real estate industry
- Experienced handling of MS Office as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation and operational flexibility
