Als Teil eines IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers arbeitest du mit interdisziplinären Teams an der Schnittstelle zwischen Infrastruktur, Automatisierung, DevSecOps und Public‑Sector‑Anforderungen. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir Lösungen, die unter den besonderen Bedingungen hochisolierter, sicherheitskritischer Umgebungen zuverlässig funktionieren.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Als Infrastructure Specialist – DevOps – Public Sektor (m/w/d) entwickelst und implementierst du Verfahren für Installations‑, Konfigurations‑ und CI/CD‑Prozesse in hochsicheren Umgebungen. Du arbeitest sowohl mit traditionellen Betriebssystemen wie Windows Server und RHEL als auch mit modernen Container‑ und Kubernetes‑Plattformen.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Installations‑ und Konfigurationsverfahren, inklusive CI/CD‑Prozessen
- Anpassung bestehender Verfahren an die besonderen Anforderungen hochisolierter und sicherheitskritischer Umgebungen
- Arbeit mit klassischen Betriebssystemen (Windows Server, RHEL) sowie modernen Kubernetes‑Varianten (OpenShift, AWS, Azure)
- Analyse, Planung, Umsetzung und Pflege neuer und bestehender CI/CD‑Pipelines
- Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Tools und Methoden für Automatisierung und Pipeline‑Design
- Erste Gestaltung und Implementierung von Kubernetes Operators für Installations‑ und Konfigurationsautomatisierung
- Entwicklung skriptbasierter Automatisierungslösungen (Ansible, MS PowerShell)
- Unterstützung bei der Bewertung architektonischer Anforderungen, insbesondere bei AI‑Komponenten
- Arbeit mit spezialisierten Foundation Models und deren Hosting‑Umgebungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit technischen, sicherheitsrelevanten und fachlichen Stakeholdern
Required education
Required technical and professional expertise
- Starke Grundlagen in klassischen Betriebssystemen (RHEL, Windows Server)
- Starke Grundlagen in Kubernetes‑Plattformen (OpenShift, AWS, Azure)
- Starke Grundlagen in DevSecOps‑ und MLOps‑Tools (ArgoCD, GitLab, Jenkins, MLFlow)
- Erste Erfahrung im Design und in der Implementierung von Kubernetes Operators
- Erfahrung mit skriptbasierter Installations‑ und Konfigurationsautomatisierung (Ansible, MS PowerShell)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1‑Niveau)
- Bereitschaft zu Sicherheitsüberprüfung ist erforderlich
- Gutes Verständnis von IT‑Architekturen mit AI‑Komponenten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit spezialisierten Foundation Models und deren Hosting
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Gutes Verständnis von Cloud‑ und Containertechnologien inklusive deren Administration (OpenShift, AWS, Azure)
- Kenntnisse in API‑Design und Integrationsmustern
- Verständnis für Compliance‑ und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Erfahrung mit Kunden im Public‑ oder Defense‑Bereich
