We are an established, innovative personnel consulting company headquartered in Cologne with branches in Berlin and Munich. With many years of experience and a broad network, we offer professional support in all areas of human resources. Our focus is on individual, modern solutions and personal support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Officer.
Your Tasks
- In your role, you will be jointly responsible for applicant management and will handle candidate communication in the form of telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
- You will be responsible for the creative design of job advertisements and the search for suitable candidates
- You will act as a contact person for all relevant HR issues and be responsible for supporting employees and the applicant pool.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the preparation of contracts and references, as well as in negotiations regarding remuneration terms
- Supporting HR-related projects aimed at sustainable recruitment rounds off your area of responsibility
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed degree; alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant experience from internships or working student positions in the HR field
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- You impress with your independent working style, assertiveness, and strong communication skills, and you are highly self-motivated
- A confident and convincing manner at all levels and strong social skills round off your profile
