In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Als Managing Consultant SAP HANA FIN CO (m/w/d) implementierst und konfigurierst du SAP HANA FIN CO-Lösungen für Kunden. Du arbeitest als Expert*in direkt mit den Kunden zusammen, um hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern und ihnen vertrauenswürdige betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung zu geben. Du nutzt dein tiefes Verständnis und/oder deine praktische Erfahrung mit dem System, um Geschäftsanforderungen zu analysieren, Lösungen zu designen und zu konfigurieren sowie eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung sicherzustellen.
Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben sind:
- Du designst und konfigurierst SAP HANA FIN CO-Lösungen passend zu den Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Dabei nutzt du dein Wissen über Geschäft und Branche, Geschäftsprozesse sowie deine techno-funktionale Lösungskompetenz, um Paketlösungen effektiv zu integrieren.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Lösungen und arbeitest dabei über technisches Design, Entwicklung und Umsetzung hinweg, um die Erwartungen der Kunden zu erfüllen
- Du verkörperst die IBM-Kernwerte, während du die Projektziele erreichst. Du baust Vertrauen zu Kunden und Teammitgliedern auf – durch Fachwissen, Selbstreflexion, Respekt, klare Kommunikation, Inklusion, Neugier und Innovationsfreude in allen Interaktionen.
- Du verstehst und analysierst die Geschäftsanforderungen der Kunden, um passgenaue Lösungen zu designen und zu konfigurieren.
- Du nutzt dein Wissen über Geschäft und Branche, um eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung zu gewährleisten, die Erwartungen der Kunden zu erfüllen und die Projektziele zu erreichen.

Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Du hast mindestens zwei vollständige Projektzyklen (End-to-End) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst fundiertes Customizing-Know-how in den SAP-Modulen FI und CO mit.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung von Workshops.
- Du kannst Lücken identifizieren, Optionen analysieren, Spezifikationen erstellen, diese mit der Entwicklung abstimmen und bis zum erfolgreichen funktionalen Unit-Test begleiten.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im technischen und funktionalen Integrationsmanagement für SAP FI- oder CO-spezifische Themen (z. B. Integration mit anderen Workstreams / Prozessgruppen wie OTC und PTP).
- Du kennst dich gut in der Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie aus (Lebensmittel- & Getränkebranche).
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Du unterstützt bei der Identifizierung und Bearbeitung von Schlüsseldimensionsentscheidungen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
- Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse über angrenzende und neue S/4HANA FI/CO-Lösungen mit (von Vorteil), z. B.: Gruppenkonsolidierung (Group Consolidation), FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) und weitere aktuelle S/4HANA-Erweiterungen im Finanzbereich
