About the Role
On behalf of our client, a renowned Dutch and international 3D medical devices manufacturer, Euro London Appointments is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team at their manufacturing site in the province of Utrecht. Our client’s business is specialised in the development and manufacture of innovative dental products.
In this one year contract role ( renewable depending on performance) you will play a key part in supporting production activities and the introduction of new products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise and guide production leadership to achieve the highest levels of product and process quality.
- Supervise and implement product and production changes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Organize the installation, validation, and monitoring of production equipment, and maintain related documentation.
- Collaborate with the Technical Department to optimize the maintenance, management, and operation of production machinery.
- Draft and maintain clear, up-to-date work instructions for production teams.
- Monitor production and supporting processes, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Analyse product and process deviations, propose corrective and preventive actions, and lead improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and production, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach to overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Technical bachelor’s degree with a strong understanding of production techniques and systems.
- Affinity for statistical techniques and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with quality systems, such as ISO 13485, in medical or related production environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ambitious, driven, and analytical, with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Naturally curious, with a hands-on mentality and a passion for working in a medical device production setting.
