Mechanical Engineering Development Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Development of solution ideas and concepts for design tasks
• Designing components and assemblies for production
• Support of projects from concept to commissioning
• Preparation of proposed solutions and presentation of development results
• Design improvement and development of existing machines and systems
• Considering standards, norms, guidelines and specifications
• Close coordination with colleagues, related departments and suppliers

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, product development or comparable field
• Design and development of technically sophisticated machines and systems
• Manufacturing knowledge in the areas of steel construction and welded assemblies
• Very good CAD skills, ideally in Creo Parametric (Pro/E) or Siemens NX
• Good knowledge of a PLM system
• Fluent in German and good English language skills
