In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- Projektplanung und -steuerung: In unseren Beratungs- und Implementierungsprojekten bist du verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des vereinbarten Projektumfangs sowie für die Auswahl und Anwendung von Best Practices für die Planung, Dokumentation, Qualitäts-, Change-, Finanz- und Risiko Management
- In unseren nationalen oder internationalen SAP-Projekten steuerst du beginnend vom Design die Implementierung und Umsetzung der Arbeitsergebnisse deines Teams bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
- Du begleitest Kund*innen bei ihrer SAP Business Transformation und kombinierst strategische Themen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Internet of Things, AI / Watson, Industry 4.0, Cloud und entwickelst diese weiter
- Dir steht ein globales Netzwerk an erfahrenen Projektleiter*innen und Berater*innen zum Austausch, Netzwerken und zur Unterstützung zur Seite, um fachliches Wissen zu teilen und im Projekt anzuwenden
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Berufserfahrung: Du bist durch deine Berufserfahrung vertraut mit dem Management von SAP Projekten. Du verstehst die Abhängigkeiten in einem S/4HANA Implementierungsprojekt
- Fachliche Erfahrung: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in einem SAP S/4HANA Modul deiner Wahl wie beispielsweise S/4HANA Sales, Asset Management, Sourcing und Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), etc. und traust dir zu unsere Kunden bei Ihren Fragestellungen zu unterstützen.
- Projekterfahrung: Du hast bereits 2 volle Projektlebenszyklus erfolgreich komplett durchlaufen und kennst dich mit den klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement Methoden aus
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Schrift und Sprache
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Zertifizierung als Projektleiter in PMP oder PRINCE2 oder IPMA
- Du hast bereits mehrere Projektlebenszyklus komplett durchlaufen und kennst dich mit den klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement Methoden aus
- Du konntest bereits erste Sales-Erfahrungen sammeln
- Kommunikationsstärke und großes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie geistige Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Situationen zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen
- Bereitschaft, zusammen mit unseren Kund_innen auch vor Ort zu arbeiten
