Summary Description:

We are seeking two experienced professionals for roles focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. These are remote-first roles with occasional travel required to Cologne, Germany. Candidates must be based in Europe and possess strong technical and functional skills relevant to IAM and SailPoint development/architecture.

Tasks Description:

• Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate with enterprise systems

• Maintain and enhance SailPoint implementations

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks

• Occasional onsite collaboration with team in Cologne

Essential Skills/Experience Description:

• Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, XML, Node.js, and web technologies

• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and relational databases (DB2, MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

• Familiarity with ERP and ITSM systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow)

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure/Entra)

• In-depth understanding of RBAC models and IAM compliance standards

• German language proficiency

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description:

• For the Architect role, 50% allocation is expected but negotiable up to 80% for the right candidate

• Long-term project stability (potential extension through 2027)

• Dynamic team working on enterprise-level IAM transformation
