Dr. A. Safaric Consulting GmbH is a strategy and management consultancy specializing in retail, consumer goods, and digitalization. Safaric Consulting's clients include leading retail and consumer goods companies.

Our projects encompass strategic digitalization initiatives utilizing advanced analytics and AI, complex reorganizations in omnichannel, purchasing, category management, sales, and IT, as well as the management of large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €100 million.

In the field of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, we are working together on:

• Developing AI visions and AI strategies for our clients
• Selecting suitable AI use cases with our customers
• Managing analytics and AI initiatives involving customer experts and external AI service providers.
• Organizational adjustments to data-driven work and the use of analytics and AI (e.g., building competence centers or AI governance structures)
• Creation of functional and technical concepts as well as implementation of proof of concepts
• Supplementing standard reporting with modern analytics and AI capabilities

You bring with you

• Outstanding academic degree (preferably Master's) in business informatics, computer science, mathematics or comparable fields of study
• Relevant practical experience / internships in retail, the consumer goods industry, IT or management consulting
• Good knowledge of business organization, design or implementation of data analytics and artificial intelligence
• Strong IT affinity; experience with modern analytics and AI tools is an advantage.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Exceptional commitment and reliability, as well as a strong team spirit.
• Excellent German and English skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Medium willingness to travel
