- Take ownership of tour operator controlling and keep performance on course (think: smart analyses and insights)
- Navigate cost and revenue planning with confidence and precision
- Provide clear, impactful analyses and reports for your area of responsibility
- Keep an eye on cost centers and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and HGB
- Be part of exciting projects to optimize our processes and structures for the long haul
- Be a trusted sparring partner for our department heads on all things financial and business-related

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in financial controlling
- A degree in economics (Master’s or Bachelor’s with solid experience) – Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering are all welcome
- Strong professional background in controlling or related areas
- A sharp mind for business interconnections and strategic thinking
- Hands-on experience with SAP (especially SAP FI and CO)
- A problem-solver with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Proactive, analytical, and ready to bring fresh ideas
- Excellent German skills (C1+) and very good English, both spoken and written
