This role is a strategic cornerstone within the organization, shaping how the company presents itself to the market, to clients, and to its own employees. By aligning marketing and communication efforts with commercial goals, it directly influences brand perception, market differentiation, and business growth. It acts as a bridge between leadership, sales, and specialist teams, ensuring that the company’s value proposition is communicated clearly, consistently, and competitively across Europe.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Implement strategic marketing and communication plans to support business objectives in the industrial insurance sector.
• Manage and further develop internal and external corporate communications.
• Take responsibility for content strategies (e.g., website, social media, PR, newsletters, sales materials) at a pan‑European and, where applicable, local level.
• Plan, execute, and manage strategic initiatives, campaigns, and events in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure a consistent brand message and tone across all internal and external communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, specialist departments, and leadership to align marketing and communication strategies with corporate and commercial objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and external service providers as needed.
• Contribute to the development of KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting.

• A completed university degree, ideally with a focus on communication, marketing, media, or a comparable field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in marketing & communications, preferably in the B2B sector and/or insurance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies.
• Strong expertise in content marketing, brand management, and campaign management; confident use of digital MarCom channels and tools.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• An independent, structured, and results‑oriented working style.
