Day by day, our Tech & Product Team of about 400 experts pursues the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for our online marketplace. Through innovative technical developments, they not only create an outstanding shopping experience but also lay the foundation for an optimal selling experience for our sellers. We are seeking an experienced Analyst (all genders) for one of two teams:

• Product Team: Search & Recommender Systems: Join us in analyzing customer behavior and sales performance to elevate the shopping experience, with a focus on recommender systems and product search. This team is perfect for you if you're passionate about understanding customer needs and generating innovative ideas to enhance their experience
• Product Team: Pricing Excellence & Procurement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine pricing strategies and streamline procurement processes. This team is ideal for you if you have a strong affinity for the B2B ecosystem and a keen understanding of the pricing dynamics within a marketplace

Aufgaben

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and new features
• You join cross-functional product teams during their discovery phases to provide them with data-based insights and ideas, collaborating with product management, engineering, design, and marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making
• You propose and lead projects that significantly improve key business processes using data-driven techniques
• You prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce landscape
• You design and set up A/B tests and help the stakeholders to analyze and interpret the results

Profil

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have substantial experience in product analysis, particularly in digital products, and thrive in a data-driven environment
• You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in using data to derive insights, inform decisions, and support strategic initiatives
• You have advanced knowledge of writing SQL
• You have a good understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
• You are a good storyteller and use visualization tools like "Tableau" to communicate your findings effectively
• You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment
• Basic programming knowledge in a programming language like Python or R is a plus
