Aufgabengebiet

Tasks:

• Integration and deployment of Intune-managed devices
• Supporting the client entities' onboarding (profile setup, app integration)
• End-to-end application management (integration, testing, qualification, deployment) in Intune
• L3 support (handling major incidents and technical issues)
• Bug analysis and fixing
• Feature development as needed
• Contributing to product lifecycle management at the local entity
• Creating and maintaining documentation

Anforderungsprofil

Deliverables:

• App packages/configurations via Intune, WIP, VPN
• Handling and closing SILVA incident tickets
• Preparing reports (security, device count, apps/tools) via Intune/Log Analytics
• Documentation of all implemented and configured items

Vergütungspaket

Requirements:

• Must-have: Excellent English skills (C1)
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with MDM (Autopilot/Intune)
• Powershell development
• Windows device management expertise
• Knowledge of Windows Information Protection (WIP)
• Nice-to-have: Experience with MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Additional information:

• No travel required
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours and on-call
