• Disciplinary responsibility for your store's team (including recruitment, personnel management, employee development, and team leadership) in close collaboration with your Area Manager
• Driving performance and taking ownership of our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales initiatives
• Effective and targeted store operations management (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, store organization, and overall store management) while ensuring compliance with and implementation of our company policies
• Independent leadership of day-to-day operations, leading by example both on the shop floor and in the administrative back office

• An authentic, optimistic, and resilient personality with an entrepreneurial and open mindset: even in challenging or unexpected situations, you remain calm and solution-oriented, always maintaining a business-focused perspective
• A proactive and inspiring leader with a passion for people and a strong brand ambassador mindset: you possess excellent communication skills (English: fluent; German: intermediate proficiency) and a talent for connection – you understand that Rituals' people are at the heart of everything, and you excel in coaching and unlocking individual potential through constructive feedback and an empathetic, pragmatic leadership style
• Confident in using digital tools, with a structured and flexible approach to work: your ability to plan efficiently, delegate, prioritize, and manage resources enables you and your team to deliver outstanding performance
• Passion for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry and at least two years of experience in disciplinary leadership as a Store Manager, Shop Manager, or in a comparable position in a service-oriented sector (e.g., retail, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism)
