On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your tasks

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to contract signing
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via online platforms and networks
• Conducting telephone and video interviews as well as candidate assessments
• Advising managers on recruiting strategies and labor market trends
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool
• Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management or similar
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in an international environment
• Excellent English skills, German skills advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
