Introduction
Als Absolvent*in und angehende*r SAP Application Developer beim IBM Client Innovation Center wirst du Teil von unserem IBM Client Innovation Center Associate Programm. Das 2-jährige Trainee-Programm beinhaltet das gesamte Spektrum einer hochwertigen Qualifikation in Kombination mit zukunftsweisenden Kundenprojekten und garantiert einen erfolgreichen Start in das Berufsleben. In der ersten Zeit nimmst du an verschiedenen Trainingsmodulen teil, erwirbst die entsprechenden Zertifizierungen und wirst anschließend Deine erworbenen Fähigkeiten auf Projekten umsetzen können.
Neben der offiziellen Zertifizierungen durch SAP wirst Du individuell durch Deinen Career Coach und Mentor betreut. Durch unsere open-door policy steht Dir der weltweite Austausch innerhalb IBM und der SAP Community offen.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Zusammen mit unseren erfahrenen Developern und Berater*innen entwickelst du SAP- und AI-basierte Geschäftsprozesse in nationalen und internationalen Projekten. Du arbeitest an relevanten Fragestellungen, begleitest fachliche Gespräche und Entscheidungen und sorgst für die Umsetzung von Strategien in Technologielösungen. Unser strukturiertes Onboarding-Programm bietet dir eine solide Ausbildung in SAP S/4HANA und Datenfundamenten, einschließlich Datenverwaltung, Validierung und Kernkonzepten der Datenmigration. Mit Mentoring und Coaching entwickelst du dich in deine eigenen Arbeitspakete und Verantwortungen.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken und Datenstrukturen (einschließlich SQL-Abfragen, Datenanalyse und grundlegender Datenqualitätsvalidierung)
- Starke Affinität zu Daten und Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Beziehungen und Datenkonsistenz
- Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen, erworben durch Universitätsprojekte, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von Datenmigrationskonzepten
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP (idealerweise im Kontext von ERP oder datenbezogenen Themen)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von SAP IS-U und dem Utilities-Datenmodell
- Erfahrung mit IS-U-Datenbereichsanalyse und häufig migrierten Tabellen und Objekten
- Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in der Energie- und Versorgungsbranche (idealerweise mit Kenntnissen des deutschen Marktes)
- Bewusstsein für regionale Unterschiede in Utilities-Prozessen (Deutschland vs. international)
- Erfahrung mit Custom-Developments (z.B. Z-Tabellen, kundenspezifische Namespaces)
- Verständnis von historischer Datentiefe und Inhaltsklassifizierung in Utilities-Migrationen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von Mini-FI-Migrationskonzepten
- Vertrautheit mit Standard- und erweiterten Utilities-Mappings
