Your area of ​​responsibility
Advice and support to management in relation to occupational safety, accident prevention, health protection and environmental protection
safety checks
Consulting in projects and redesign of workplaces
Contact person for questions regarding occupational safety and environmental protection for managers and employees
Monitoring and control of compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines regarding occupational safety, health protection, cleanliness and order
Regular inspection of the company's areas to identify safety-related deficiencies and to record and eliminate identified deficiencies in cooperation with the management
Preparation and updating of risk assessments and work instructions regarding occupational safety
Investigation of the causes of work-related accidents and near-accidents, recording and evaluating the results and proposing measures for prevention
Conducting company training on accident prevention, occupational safety and health protection
Cooperation with the company doctor as well as with other service providers and persons responsible for matters of occupational health and safety and environmental protection
Factory Safety Officer and Contractor Coordinator

your qualification
Completed higher technical education and/or completed engineering studies or comparable training
Completed further training as a specialist in occupational safety
Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety / health management, preferably in a manufacturing company
In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations and guidelines
High service orientation and social competence as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of solution orientation and hands-on mentality
Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
Good Microsoft Office knowledge and user experience with ERP systems (preferably abas)
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
