at the Landgasthaus & Hotel Lindenhof*** in Bornum am Elm – family-owned since 1894.

Your tasks:

• Planning, organization and preparation of dishes for á la carte, menus and festivities
• Creation and implementation of menus, as well as menu and buffet suggestions
• Calculating and organizing the use and ordering of goods
• Receiving goods including control, quality assurance and organization of goods storage

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• with professional experience & leadership qualities
• high degree of independence, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Creativity for new and traditional dishes
• You are no stranger to contact with guests
