As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global product portfolio. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, offering you the opportunity to drive innovation, guide cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into impactful solutions. Operating at the intersection of global markets, customer insights, and technological leadership, you will ensure our products remain competitive and future-ready.
Your responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the global product strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Product Management.
- Regularly assess and review the international product portfolio, define necessary actions, and support long-term portfolio planning.
- Capture and translate customer needs into product requirements and, with input from the regional product managers, develop clear and impactful product roadmaps.
- Manage development projects (including PRE-PDP), lead cross-functional core teams, and ensure successful execution.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies with a strong focus on technical differentiation and competitive advantage.
Your qualifications:
- Technical education (HTL, FH, UNI) in the field of product management, industrial engineers, mechanical engineer, mechatronics or equivalent.
- Several years (3-5) of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the development of B2B products in the loader crane sector or in a similar industry.
- High sense of responsibility as well as analytical and structured way of working.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel (10 – 15%).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.766,98 based on full-time employment.
According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
