We are currently looking for a Portfolio Manager to take a central role in driving and aligning our product development projects within the Aerial Work Platforms product line. In this key position, you will ensure that projects are strategically aligned with corporate goals and effectively prioritized for success. This is a unique opportunity to bring your project management expertise and leadership skills to a dynamic, international environment and make a real impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and prioritize the project portfolio to align with company objectives
- Develop and improve standards, methods, and tools for portfolio management
- Monitor project progress to ensure goals related to time, cost, and quality are achieved, and report KPIs to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and support the communication of strategic priorities
- Establish a risk management system to identify and mitigate potential risks
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- A completed degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a comparable field; a project management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA) would be considered an advantage
- Solid knowledge of project portfolio management, including tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity), and several years of experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in managing complex project portfolios, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with leadership, teamwork, and assertiveness.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
