Are you ready to take quality management to the next level and make a tangible impact on one of PALFINGER's key strategic goals? As we work to multiply the market share of our Aerial Work Platforms and drive a strong transformation in this product line, we're looking for a highly motivated addition to our Product Line Quality Management Team.
YOUR TASKS
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets the needs of a growing, global business
- Actively engage in product development projects by using tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Product Audits, and by ensuring on-time delivery of major deliverables
- Design and implement global quality standards and processes across engineering, production, and procurement, and ensure their effective application
- Take ownership of claim management and apply structural problem-solving methods to optimize customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Identify global improvement potential across the product line and lead or engage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and increase market share
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical training (university/university of applied science)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and deliver practical solutions
- Professional experience in Quality Management; experience in a global and matrixed organization is a plus
- A drive to transform and improve – you are solution-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering measurable results
- Fluent in English, advanced knowledge in German is a Plus; willing to travel up to 25% of the time (mainly Europe)

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualifications.
