We are looking for a leader. As our team of project managers and media technicians continues to grow, we would like to fill the team leader position as a pure management role - with a focus on leadership, development and organization.

You can expect a permanent, full-time position in a dynamic environment with plenty of creative freedom. In the role of Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing our project teams and team leaders at the various locations. Our media technology projects are usually in the six- to seven-figure range - the demands on planning, coordination and quality assurance are correspondingly high.
The position involves a wide range of tasks and responsibilities:

• Communication with customers and the internal Consulting, Sales and Customer Services departments
• Cross-location coordination and communication
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs and measurement points
• Identification and implementation of measures for process optimization
• Standardization and automation Implementation
• Introduction of a project management tool
• Establishment and expansion of a pool of external service providers and subcontractors
• Disciplinary management of project managers and site managers
• Presence during the acceptance of major projects

As the central interface in the management team, you will report directly to the Executive Board and be responsible for our entire integration volume.

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training or studies in media technology or event technology or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a management role in the field of professional services, consulting or technical services
• Experience in the standardization and optimization of processes as well as in the introduction of project management tools
• Planning, forecasting and analysis skills, especially with regard to capacity and personnel requirements planning
• Experience in setting up and managing external service providers and subcontractor pools
• High level of communication skills and experience in cross-location coordination and coordination
• Ability to motivate and lead teams, even in changing project constellations
• Willingness to travel for project acceptance and team management on site
