• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating quality documents such as procedures, checklists, and work instructions
• Upload and maintain QA templates (ITPs, checklists, NCR forms) in the digital inspection platform, ensuring correct version control
• Collect, review, and compile testing protocols and commissioning plans to align with client requirements
• Verify the existence of required deliverables, update the catalog, and propose action plans for missing items
• Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials for QA awareness sessions
• Support in drafting emails, reminders, and summaries to ensure timely communication between QA, site teams, and clients
