- Supporting the entire People & Culture team with various tasks along the employee life cycle
- Collaboration in the area of recruiting, e.g. receiving applications, coordinating interviews and creating onboarding packages
- Maintaining the digital personnel files
- Collaboration and support in various People & Culture projects in the areas of People Development, Feelgood Management or other exciting special tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in e.g. business administration, human resources, social sciences, preferably with a focus on HR management or similar
- Nice to have: initial practical experience in the working world through internships or working student activities
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with (international) teams and people
- Your IT skills: Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Outlook, Power Point, Excel
- Experience with applicant management software is a "plus" but not a "must"
- Your soft skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with an eye for detail and people as well as good communication skills
- Good English skills
