Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and basic network issues).

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, meeting rooms, and mobile devices.

• Support IT ticketing system by logging, tracking, and resolving user incidents.

• Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals in our Krakow office.

• Collaborate with our senior IT staff on projects such as system upgrades for our meeting technology

• Document solutions and create user-friendly guides for common issues.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MS Office tools.

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication skills in English and Polish.

• Available 20 hours / week, at least 3 days in the office / week. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
• Active student status is mandatory for the duration of the contract.
