Starting on 01.10.2026, you can begin your three-year training as an MTL / medical technologist for laboratory analysis (m/f/d) in our in-house MT school.

• You will independently and autonomously examine blood and body fluids to detect diseases and assess follow-up checks
• You will determine organ-specific parameters such as cardiac enzymes, liver and kidney values, hormones, tumor markers and the effectiveness of medication
• You will test blood for drugs and carry out urine diagnostics, test blood groups and check donor blood in preparation for blood transfusions
• You work with pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and fungi from patient material and test effective medications
• You process tissue samples into histological specimens (casting, cutting, staining)

• You are of legal age and have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate
• C1 German language skills
• Good grades in the natural sciences
• Ideally, you have already completed a one-week internship in a medical laboratory
• You are characterized by a committed, reliable but also team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement, 1st year of training € 1,350.40 gross, 2nd year of training € 1,402.15 gross, 3rd year of training € 1,486.24 gross

The Krefeld training center covers the areas of training, further education and advanced training.
