Starting on 01.10.2026, you can begin your three-year training as an MTR / Medical Technologist for Radiology (m/f/d) at our in-house MT school.

• Independent technical execution of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Link between patients and state-of-the-art technology
• Independent work on large-scale equipment such as CT, MRI, gamma camera and linear accelerator
• Assisting with interventional procedures
• Application of contrast media and radiopharmaceuticals

• You are at least 18 years old and have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate
• C1 German language skills
• Ideally, you have already completed a one-week internship in a radiology department
• You are characterized by a committed, reliable but also team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
• You have an interest in medicine and technology
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement, 1st year of training €1,350.40 gross, 2nd year of training €1,402.15 gross, 3rd year of training €1,486.24 gross

The Krefeld training center covers the areas of training, further education and advanced training. This includes: a school for nursing professions, an ATA school, an OTA and an MT school, the specialist area of further education and training; it offers extensive further training at Helios Klinikum Krefeld and, in cooperation with the Helios training centers, various further training courses (e.g. geriatrics, practical instruction).
