For our location in Krefeld, we are looking for a committed and experienced manager to join us immediately as Head of Nursing Services (m/f/d).

• Monitoring, ensuring and improving the quality of care and care organization
• Personnel management incl. personnel development and personnel deployment planning
• Absence management
• Recognizing and promoting the skills of employees in terms of personnel development
• Leadership based on the Fresenius principles

• Completed three-year training as a nursing specialist / health and (pediatric) nurse (m/f/d) with sound experience in a managerial position
• Completed further training in middle management, ward management training according to DKG or a bachelor's degree in nursing management (B.A.)
• You enjoy managing and optimizing processes and interfaces in nursing and nursing assistance
• Ability to coordinate and promote successful cooperation
• Independent way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Close cooperation in the management team
• You are the link between nursing management and ward management
