To support our Medical Controlling team with growing tasks, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time Medical Controlling Employee / MFA / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible, on a temporary basis to cover maternity and parental leave.

• Comprehensive organizational support of the medical controlling department

• Administrative processing of DRG cases
• Documentation of MD audits in our MD software
• Compilation of patient files as required for dispatch via the MD service provider portal

• Completed medical training, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA) / nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), preferably also knowledge of Medico
• Good knowledge of medical documentation
• A friendly and engaging demeanor
• Strong organizational skills, high motivation and initiative
• You work in a structured manner and with great commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A competent, committed and open-minded team with a good working atmosphere
