To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Krefeld, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

• You will take on management tasks within the MVZ - both in patient care and in process organization
• With your commitment, you will ensure excellent practice organization and an optimal consultation schedule
• You will plan and implement regular team meetings You will provide support with duty and vacation planning as well as health insurance and private billing
• Supporting internal quality management is also part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will be involved in the optimization and further development of existing processes at our MVZ

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have further training as a practice manager (m/f/d), but this is not a prerequisite
• You have good IT skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new programs in order to effectively implement digitization strategies
• Knowledge of private, professional association and health insurance billing is desirable
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in a medical care center or other areas of the healthcare sector
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
