- Analysis + Optimization of maintenance activity (geography, timing, skills needed, strategy preventive vs. curative) + corresponding KPI's
- Develop and establish standard state-of-the-art tools
- Optimize processes (automatic planning, spare parts management)

- Gain maximum operational experience
- ""Being in team-members shoes"": Be the Maintenance Planner and Coordinator Role for appropriate geographies (preferrably Dutch-speaking Benelux or Germany)

- Scope is AL NCE with the entire Bulk Customer Installation Business
- Our international and diverse team is responsible for the entire planning and coordination of more than 9.000 vessels and installations on customers premises.
- The team is managing more than 100 field maintenance technicians ("dotted-line-mode"). Safety mindset, cost efficiency and increase of customer experience are main missions.
- Languages spoken are english (everywhere), local languages in connection with customers and internal customers
