Administrator (m/f/d) Processing & Contract

We are looking for a Administrator (m/f/d) for our Processing & Contract department with the following main tasks and requirements:

Your tasks

As a consultant and implementer in commercial contract-related processing issues, you will coordinate the financial matters associated with our orders, in particular those that trigger payment.

• Processing of main services and services as well as shipments at home and abroad
• Preparation of all necessary customs documents for sea and air freight as well as land transport
• Transport calculation for sales
• Contact with banks, freight forwarders, customs and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
• Checking and processing letters of credit and applying for bank guarantees and sureties

Your profile

You are the shipping expert with strong organisational and communication skills who handles our orders reliably and securely as part of a team.

• Commercial training or a BA degree in business administration
• Initial experience in national and international shipments as well as in the letter of credit and guarantee business
• Knowledge of customs and export control law would be desirable
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Very structured, careful way of working and good communication skills
