Service Administrator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Service Administrator (m/f/d) for our Service product area with the following main tasks and areas of expertise:

Your tasks

• Administrative planning, preparation, and follow-up of construction site assignments, particularly with regard to arrival and departure, including document management
• Travel management for all service-related activities.
• Preparation/organization and monitoring of assignment notifications, certification, visa procurement.
• Support for traveling personnel in all travel matters, as well as advice and assistance on construction sites.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, possibly further training as a technician/technical business economist or completed technical training with further qualification in business administration.
• Ideally, experience in the service department of an international mechanical engineering company.
• High level of communication skills and assertiveness.
• Strong ability to familiarize yourself with different situations.
• Highly structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style.
