CNC lathe operator for underfloor lathes (m/f/d)

Activities

• Operating and programming CNC lathes
• Workpiece clamping and positioning
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring product quality using measuring instruments and carrying out quality controls throughout the entire manufacturing process
• Troubleshooting and troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting technical faults on the machines as well as maintaining and caring for the machines and tools
• Working according to technical drawings: You read and understand technical drawings and implement them precisely
• Documentation: You document production processes, working hours and repairs according to internal guidelines

Requirements

• Completed training as a CNC turner, machining mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in handling CNC lathes and programming (ideally with Siemens controls)
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• high precision and care in work
• Teamwork, flexibility and independent working style
• Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
