Controlling and Tax Analyst (m/f/d)

based in Kriens, Switzerland

As a Controlling and Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international, local and corporate regulations, supporting controlling functions, and contributing to the company’s financial objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expertise in both controlling and tax matters.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure Compliance in Controlling:

• Maintain adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, including budgets, local returns, audit conclusions, internal controls, and transfer pricing documentation.

• Contribute to Strategic Projects:

• Support data collection, reporting, and research for various projects such as mergers, acquisitions, share transfers, automation initiatives, organizational restructurings, etc.

• Provide Audit Support:

• Assist with tax, internal, and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required information.

• Taxation Support:

• Assist with tax-related matters to ensure accuracy, validity, and compliance across taxation processes.

• Perform routine activities related to the position such as SAP registers.

• Provide comprehensive support to other areas and companies of the group, including accounting, finance, and general administration, as needed.The activities and projects are made under internal/external supervision/consultant support.

Reporting: Reports directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager

Requirements

Your qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration (or equivalent field of study);German and English (mandatory); Portuguese or Spanish (are a strong asset);
• Advanced knowledge IFRS;
• Desirable 3 years’ experience, preferably in an international environment;
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset;
• self-management, Initiative, leadership, analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Work permit to work in Switzerland (Visa or European Nationality).
