Tasks
In the position you will be responsible for coordinating all internal process related to monitoring shipments including departure, transit and arrival events for all WEG products (Electrical motors, Automation, Energy, Transmission and Distribution) across global branches.
You will also be in contact with the Brazilian logistics team checking and providing relevant information, managing support tickets and attending to meetings to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
Your responsibilities:
- Obtain clearance acceptance for maritime, flight and road logistics;
- Create the goods / invoice receipt;
- Assign the HU (handling unit) from WEG manufacturer’s process to WIN process;
- Update and confirm the shipment data;
- Ensure accurate invoicing for the complete export and logistics process.
- Participate in the shipping/logistics process to conclude the trade successfully;
- Group the Export process and make it available to be processed by Financial and Accounting departments;
- Support on coordination of Export documentation;
- Coordination on Warranties process;
- Communication of price lists and multipliers;
- Support during the annual audit process (internal and external);
- Support other activities during colleagues' absences;
- Support in issuing logistics and sales reports;
- Support on Projects in different areas.
Reporting: Reports directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or International Trade (or similar degree);
- Advanced level in Portuguese and English;
- Experience with SAP-module Exportation and PROCWORK systems (Advanced Level is strong asset);
- Experience in logistics operations in Brazil, such as customs clearance, foreign exchange regulations, and international trade operations (advanced level is a strong asset);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint essential);
- Initiative, focus, self-management, analytical thinking;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
