Schloss Krumbach International School (SKIS), a co-educational boarding school for students of 12-19 years old, is located in an ancient Austrian castle, a 50-minute- drive from Vienna.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible School Nurse & Boarding Supervisor to join our boarding team as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Medical Care: Conduct health checks, provide nursing care, administer medication (oral and injectable, as required and prescribed), and perform first aid when necessary.
• Boarding Supervision: Oversee and support boarding students during their stay, including morning and evening routines.
• Emergency Support: Be on-call for medical and everyday emergencies and provide appropriate assistance.
• Student Life: Organize and accompany leisure activities for students in a safe and supportive environment.
• Documentation: Maintain and update accurate health records

Requirements

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skills

• Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Health and Nursing Care, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children and adolescents, ideally in a boarding school or residential care setting.
• Ability to safely administer medication and injections.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and empathy.
• Good knowledge of English or German (both an advantage).
• Work permit for Austria or EU citizenship.
• Valid driver’s license.
