• Lead the SAP Application Management teams for Finance and HR across multiple sites

• Act as a sub-project manager for SAP rollouts, overseeing fit-gap analyses, system customizing, and key user training

• Manage and support FI-related SAP add-ons, with a primary focus on invoice verification and, where required, modules such as SD and MM

• Drive the continuous development of the S/4HANA template in close collaboration with Finance and Accounting through demand and change request processes

• Serve as sub-project manager for initiatives related to HR systems and processes

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field

• Proven track record of several years in a disciplinary leadership role, ideally with experience managing teams in S/4HANA project environments

• In-depth expertise in customizing SAP FI and CO modules, with a solid understanding of their integration with SD and MM

• Familiarity with HR-related IT processes and human resource solutions

• Strong knowledge in accounting, controlling, and financial consolidation

• Service-oriented mindset with a clear focus on customer satisfaction

• Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Skilled at driving and managing change with a solution-focused attitude

• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills and adaptability

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional language skills are a plus
