YOUR TASKS
- Drive the development and implementation of our Supply Chain strategy across Logistics, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality Management
- Lead strategic transformation projects, especially in Logistics (e.g., network optimization, warehouse development, implementation of new organizational structures), as well as cross-functional initiatives
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including targeted communication to top management and preparation of decision papers for the Executive Board and steering committees
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across functions
- Conduct data-driven analyses and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Act as a sparring partner for operational and strategic implementation teams on company-wide transformation initiatives
- Identify improvement opportunities along the end-to-end Supply Chain and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or Business Administration with a focus on Operations / SCM, or comparable educational background
- Several years of relevant experience in strategy or organizational development, preferably in a logistics environment or a top-tier consulting firm
- Proven ability to lead complex projects in matrix organizations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities, strong presentation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-motivated working style
- Team player with the ability to resolve conflicts constructively, give and receive feedback, and reflect on personal development
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written & spoken) (C1 level)
