• Execute the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making      across the organization
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with      organizational objectives
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree      is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and      management reporting
• Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of      the organization and externally
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented      mindset
• Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
