WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

For all locations and cost centers:

• Business Plan Budget calculations, monitoring and forecasting
• Monitoring and creation of internal Authorisation sheets in Enaio
• Invoice processing and control as well as payment reminder clarification with Finance and suppliers
• Vendor creation
• General supplier communication
• Support in ensuring a correctly managed GA fixed asset inventory and monitoring of changes as well as analysis of missing assets
• Handling of Scrapping process
• Handling of the shipping process
• General Administrative support
