RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Working Student in Business Development & Strategic Growth you will…

• Support and manage trade fair, event, and sales campaign activities—including preparation and follow-up.
• Optimize existing processes to hit key KPIs; create clear reports that show actions, results, and next steps.
• Develop new communication & customer experience approaches for external stakeholders.
• Contribute flexibly across marketing, CRM, and sales—focus where your impact is highest.
• Analyze market trends and competitive moves to spot strategic opportunities early.
• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and entrepreneurs—ship projects together as a team.
• Engage with customers to collect insights and feedback that improve our portfolio.
• Grow your skills and shape your learning path around your studies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current enrollment (immatriculation) in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Germany (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, or related).
• First experience in business development, project management, or sales (e.g., internships, student orgs).
• Strong hands-on mentality—take ownership, embrace feedback, iterate fast.
• High affinity for project management, entrepreneurial agility, and platform business models.
• Excellent communication skills—German & English, written and spoken.
• Analytical strength, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• (Nice to have) Interest in PIM/MDM, DAM, DXP, eCommerce and data-driven products.

YOU CAN INSPIRE US WITH

• Experience running campaigns, events, or CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce); confidence with spreadsheets & dashboards.
• Exposure to enterprise software sales/consulting.

For this position, we offer €14 to €17 per hour (working student contract in Germany), depending on your experience, with flexible scheduling aligned with your studies.
