We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the Press Shop department
• Ensuring production targets in terms of quality, quantity, and on-time delivery
• Optimization of production processes
• Responsibility for autonomous maintenance within the department
• Collaboration with interface departments as well as staff functions
• Initiation and participation in continuous improvement processes
• Development and implementation of a feedback culture
• KPI-based work

What we want from you

• Engineer or technical education with further training as a master craftsman or technician
• Professional experience in production, ideally in a management position
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and basic knowledge of IATF 16949 (advantageous)
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong team spirit as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
