Your qualifications:

• Technical training or experience in measurement technology or a comparable environment
• Enjoy transferring knowledge to customers and employees
• Problem-solving approach to tasks
• Relevant technical education completed, such as a technician certificate or university degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German/English

Your tasks:

• Technical support for daily customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, or remote access
• Commissioning and delivering training at customer locations
• Collaboration in projects and creation of system configurations and customer-specific applications
• Develop product documentation and training materials
