As a Technical Lead & 3rd Level Operational Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for providing advanced support for endpoint (client) solutions. Your role will involve guiding a workplace team (2nd/3rd), ensuring effective resolution of complex technical issues, and promoting proactivity on managed components. You will leverage your expertise in various technologies and your skills in consulting, pre-sales opportunities, architecture, and problem-solving to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
- 3rd level support function, troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues related to modern desktop solutions. Diagnose and resolve support cases according to SLA/OLA in place. Including recurring activities such as updates/upgrades, lifecycle and CMDB management.
- Administer and support different management platforms such as Intune, Configuration Manager, Citrix Apps and desktop, and managing client endpoints.
- Serve as the technical lead for a team of 15 members, providing guidance, problem management and promoting a collaborative work environment. Define the technical standards and tools for healthy modern desktop environments.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Drive innovation and architecture improvement within the team, ensuring solutions in place are aligned with best practices.
- Follow internal security protocols and solutions to prevent or react to security events for the defined scopes of activity. Acting as a single point of contact for the team for Workplace Security.
- Collaborate with other teams and ensure seamless integration and operation of IT services. Lead customer onboardings and help Sales team with service proposals and architecture.
Your profile
- Strong experience with Intune: Design and architecture, Configuration, management, enrollment, update mgmt., security and compliance, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Strong experience in Configuration Manager: Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge in OSD, App Mgmt., Patching mgmt., Reporting and monitoring.
- Experience with Citrix VDI technologies: Manage and maintain master images, troubleshooting and support, patching mgmt., settings and configuration mgmt.
- Good experience with MS Defender for endpoint: Advanced hunting, recommendations and remediations, integration connectors, and reports.
- Proficiency in managing, configuring, troubleshooting endpoints: Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices, Teams Rooms, Windows 365 and Azure VDI.
- Demonstrated skills in PowerShell scripting, GPO mgmt., packaging, documentation and knowledge management..
- Graduated from an education program in computer science and/or has several years of experience as an ICT Operational Engineer (or in comparable roles).
