Your profile:
- Completed training in a technical field
- Previous knowledge of the glass industry desirable
- Very good communication and team skills
- Willingness to qualify
- Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
Your tasks:
- Ensuring smooth operations and optimized quality and performance during shift operation on the assigned production machine
- Participation in maintenance work and modifications
- Elimination of faults, errors and bottlenecks
- Checking the quality standard of the production machine and subsequently making any necessary corrections
- Carrying out lubrication, scheduled changes, weight checks and hot-end analysis
- Implementation of preventive measures and corrective actions on production and transport facilities
