How you’ll make an impact  

• You lead the Lead-Hub for bid management, engineering and order execution for low-voltage switchgear. 
• You will set ambiguous targets for your team and will support and coach your team to reach the targets 
• You will be part of the Lead-Hub community, working with your peers on the continuous improvement of quality and productivity. 
• You will be responsible for the efficient creation of offers optimized for the customer's application. 
• You will be responsible for timely, quality-compliant, and efficient order execution and engineering. 
• You will have the ownership of budget and financial results in your area of responsibility. 
• You will coordinate your team's activities with our factories, sales regions, and customers. 

Your success is grounded in

• You have fundamental knowledge of the product portfolio utilized in medium or low voltage distribution systems. 
• You have many years of experience and expertise in the design of medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear or power supply systems.  
• You have experience in leading teams and serving as a coach and mentor. 
• You hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent. 
• You have relevant experience with the processes and tools for bid management, configuration and engineering. 
• You are fluent in German and English language.
